Based on my experience, It seems to me impossible to create or imagine something totally new.
Usually, all existing things include or modify existing ones. And it's one of the main reasons why I'm sharing knowledge.
People like translators that gather existing information and use it to create something new. Therefore, I think we are all translators and co-creators at the same time.
