More knowledge causes more doubts.
Have you ever read articles and then thought I'd better not to read them? I call them "should/shouldn't" articles. On the Internet, you will find a lot of them, for example, "Why you shouldn't drink milk", "30 reasons to quit coffee", "Why you should get up at 4 a.m", etc.
We can argue a lot, but you should agree that those articles are true for some people and wrong for others in certain circumstances. So, don't believe everything you read, unless you experience it or know it for sure.
